Great coffee shop! Really nice staff. Loved the coffee here and excellent location. I'll be back
An adorable coffee shop nestled in a really cool area. The service was fast & friendly, but their coffee is on another level. I've never had a cortado before but I ordered their seasonal special and it was incredible. Would definitely go back!
This spot is wonderful! I was able to find parking in a parking lot not too far from East Pole and the customer service and ambience were great too.
Swung by for a mid- day coffee. Very nice ambience - the location is surrounded by other cafe/food spots. There were a lot of people studying so it seems like a nice study spot. I ordered a vanilla latte, which had more milk than coffee (which is how I like it) and it was very tasty. The service was very quick and the employees were kind. There isn't a lot of item options beyond their empanadas and coffee, but makes sense for a coffee shop. There are chairs to sit outside and have a chat as well. I used the street parking, but there is a lot where you can pay as well.
Here for work and came to east pole today. Had a wonderful pour over. Delicious flavor. Cool spot in a revamped industrial area.
I thought I would check out this place on my quest to find some excellent remote working locations. I was surprised by how busy it was mid-morning, considering most people should be in the office ( who am I kidding it is Atlanta), but it was pretty crowded. I am not the biggest coffee girl, so I ordered a hot chocolate, and it was good. The service was nice. There was seating outside if you want to work outside!
We had the two savory options: chorizo and the second potato. Both were delicious and the chorizo had such a blend of clove in it, that tasted just my grandpas homemade chorizo. I espresso is finely balanced with the milk- it's hard to have such dialed in coffee and I would say this place is definitely a great specialty place. Great seating areas. Definitely a bit pricey but you are getting specialized coffee so it's usually that price range unless you are in Portland, Or. Go on a payday. Service was lovely and you can tell the staff is really into what they are doing.
Easily one of the best cafes in Greater Atlanta! By this point, I think I have worked from most of the "popular" cafes in the ATL area, and this stands out as one of the best. Let me try to explain why. Food - One of the best Cortado and Cappuccino I have had. They also have seasonal lattes which can be good. The prices are very reasonable. The only drink I would recommend avoiding is "Chocolate Milk". I didn't like it at all. Apart from that, everything I had was amazing. Also, try their Almond/Chocolate croissant. It's really good! Service - Some of the most friendly baristas I have come across in Atlanta. Very quick and great attention to detail. Ambiance - This is the best part of the cafe! If you are looking for a good place to work in the area, look no further. They have every kind of seating arrangement you can imagine - benches, 2-person tables, bar tables, huge desks, etc. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. You can get both quiet areas for meetings and louder areas for discussions and conversations. Parking - Abundant! You can street park right outside. Otherwise, there are retail parking spaces 1-2 minutes walk. It's beside a cheese shop called Capella (which is also a must-try!). Location - If you don't drive, this cafe is not for you. It's a little out of the way for public transport or even walking. This is the only "negative" I can think of. Great lattes, limited food options, best working spaces, and a great outdoor patio! One of the best cafes I have been to in Atlanta.
East Pole Coffee Co. has roasteries and coffee bars in Atlanta and Birmingham. The Atlanta-based company values the power of relationships, whether with their coffee producers, wholesale customers, or coffee bar patrons. East Pole's first store is located in the Armour Yards neighborhood, with a second Atlanta location in Poncey Highland. Both Atlanta locations offer beautifully designed spacious interiors with plenty of natural light, nautical design pieces, and bluish hues. The Poncey Highland location offers limited seating. The Armour Yards location shares a building with Coyote and Capella Cheese. The facility entrance features a large coworking space with plenty of outlets and even some cushions in addition to outdoor seating. East Pole Coffee Co. strives to provide exceptional service. I love that they bring your coffee/tea to your seat. I love their coffee and Spirit Teas (especially the Firefly Black Tea) and also purchase coffee beans on-site. The Armour Yards location has a pretty solid Iced Peach Tea.
East Pole is a go-to for coffee enthusiasts! My husband is a coffee nerd and loved his cortado. The interior is charming, though finding seating can be a challenge due to this being a popular spot to work. There are limited tables and a huge bleacher with seat cushions. Not super ideal when you have a baby with you. Big thanks to a kind man who gave up his table for us. Don't miss the delightful five daughters croissant donuts on weekends!
